How it works / The connected loop
From everyday activity to continuous compliance intelligence.
Understand how Sentia is designed to identify compliance-relevant events, coordinate the right actions, verify outcomes, and organize evidence—all within a connected workflow.
Five connected stages
Permission first. Review throughout.
Explore the operating model. Each stage has a specific role, and each transition should preserve the context required for the next decision.
Your organization selects the permitted channels, connected systems, and access scope. Private employee messages are excluded by default in the planned design.
DESIGNED ARCHITECTUREThe design combines configurable rules and AI-assisted classification. It does not assume that an AI can independently decide or resolve every compliance issue.
Follow an offboarding event
See where observation becomes evidence.
Explore six moments in one connected workflow. Notifications, acknowledgements, and technical verification each carry a different level of assurance.
Stage 01
An offboarding instruction arrives.
The message is an instruction to perform work. It indicates an access-related responsibility; it does not establish that any access has already been removed.
“Alex is leaving. Please review cloud and identity access.”
Verification status remains visible throughout the workflow.
When verification falls short
An unresolved record should stay unresolved.
An owner may report a completed action while a technical record is missing, delayed, conflicting, or outside the connected system’s scope.
In the intended workflow, Sentia preserves the acknowledgement and the verification gap as separate facts. It can coordinate another request or escalation within your policies; it should not convert an absence of evidence into a success state.
A reviewer can assess the source, request an alternative record, or handle an approved exception. The rationale should remain attached to the task for later review.
- 01Owner acknowledgement received
Reported action recorded, with its source and timing.
- 02Supporting record unavailable
The verification gap remains visible.
- 03Route to an authorized reviewer
Request another source or document an approved exception.
No automatic claim of remediation or control completion.
Human oversight and approval
Give automation a defined operating boundary.
Organizations should control who receives requests, what can be automated, and when a person needs to make the decision.
- Ownership policies
- Use approved responsibility rules; escalate ambiguity rather than assigning arbitrary owners.
- Follow-up limits
- Configure reminder cadence, permitted channels, and escalation paths to avoid unbounded outreach.
- Approval requirements
- Keep sensitive actions and acceptance decisions under the organization’s chosen review process.
- Exception handling
- Retain unresolved states and the reasoning behind a human decision instead of hiding uncertainty.
Inside employee workflows
A useful request comes with context.
The intended experience brings a specific task, a clear owner, and the reason it matters into an approved workspace.
Employees should not have to reconstruct the compliance requirement from a generic reminder. A relevant source reference and a clear next step can make the request easier to act on.
Explore the conversation to see how an acknowledgement and an unresolved exception remain separate from verification.
Morgan, your access review is due for a check. Could you confirm the current owners? I’ve linked the previous review for context.
An approved request with a clear owner and source. No official communication-platform partnership is implied.
From monitoring to coordination
Visibility matters. Follow-through connects the loop.
This comparison describes operating approaches, not a claim that every existing platform has the same limits. Connected systems and human reviewers still have essential roles.
Less friction. More assurance.
Every step should carry the context forward.
