Permission to act
Choose approved scopes, communication routes, follow-up limits, and automation permissions. Sensitive decisions should follow configured approval requirements.
Capabilities / The operational picture
Explore the capabilities behind Sentia’s approach to evidence discovery, conversational coordination, continuous monitoring, and audit preparation.
01 / Conversational compliance
Coordinate compliance inside explicitly approved communication channels, with the context needed to act.
Planned Slack and Microsoft Teams workflows bring a scoped request, an accountable owner, and relevant source references together. Responses can update the coordination trail without pretending that every acknowledgement establishes a technical outcome.
Organizations should retain control over permitted channels, recipients, and follow-up behavior. Approved channels define where coordination takes place.
Morgan, your access review is due for a check. Could you confirm the current owners? I’ve linked the previous review for context.
An approved request with a clear owner and source. No official communication-platform partnership is implied.
02 / AI evidence discovery
Potentially relevant activity is a starting point for evidence, not automatic proof that a control has operated.
Sentia is designed to identify candidate events from authorized sources, apply configurable relevance rules, and minimize sensitive fields before downstream classification wherever technically feasible.
Classification can suggest an intent and a control context. Source suitability, uncertainty, and completeness still matter: reviewers need to see how the candidate was identified and what information supports it.

A potentially relevant control workflow.
Source and mapping prepared for review.
Classification preserves a critical distinction: a candidate is not accepted evidence until the appropriate verification and review steps support it.
03 / Workflow orchestration
Task assignment, contextual reminders, escalation, and status tracking are intended to operate as one connected process.
Use approved ownership rules to route work, preserve the original context, and follow up within configured limits. If an owner is missing or a task cannot progress, keep that ambiguity visible and use the organization’s escalation path.
Completion monitoring should distinguish a reported action, a pending technical check, and a reviewed record. Sentia is not being presented as a system that can autonomously remediate every issue.

Escalation path04 / Continuous control intelligence
Connect operational events and technical observations to defined requirements, preserving the distinction between a proposed mapping and a reviewed conclusion.
Continuous visibility should help teams understand what needs attention and what changed. Coverage depends on connected sources, access scope, and configured requirements; the presence of a monitoring workflow does not establish that every control is satisfied.
05 / Verification & evidence integrity
An employee response, a system event, and a cryptographic digest answer different questions.
Evidence correlation and integrity mechanisms are planned product capabilities. Source validation and reviewer judgment remain essential.
EV–0042 / OFFBOARDING
An identity-provider event supports the access-removal confirmation. A reviewer assesses the source, scope, and control mapping.

A common review surface is intended to organize source references, outstanding tasks, proposed control mappings, and verification status for GRC teams.

Filter by verification state and open a record to review its source and supporting context.
Explore the filters and individual records above. A reviewable workspace needs to preserve exceptions and source limitations alongside completed checks. Audit readiness is an ongoing review process, not a label automatically granted by a dashboard.
07 / Human-in-the-loop governance
Define where the system may act, when approval is required, and how uncertainty is handled. Organizational judgment stays central to the workflow.
Choose approved scopes, communication routes, follow-up limits, and automation permissions. Sensitive decisions should follow configured approval requirements.
Route uncertain classifications, missing ownership, and conflicting evidence to authorized reviewers. Preserve the rationale behind the decision.
Keep source references, decision context, and verification states available so reviewers can understand the basis and limits of a recommendation.
Capabilities are under development or planned. Availability, scope, and integration coverage remain subject to implementation.
Less friction. More assurance.
